We respect children’s privacy. We do not target or knowingly or intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. PRODUCT SHIPPING

Shipment for all orders on original works of art listed in the The Quinte Arts Council (QAC) online store are the responsibility of the purchaser and the artist. If the monetary value of the Original Works of Art is greater than $75 the use of a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance is highly recommended. Notification of purchase shall be given to the artist within 24 hours of completed transaction. Responsibility falls upon the artist to contact the purchaser and coordinate delivery. The rate charged for the shipment of your order is based on the weight and location. The Quinte Arts Council (QAC) is not responsible for any damage to or misplacement of Original Works of Art during the shipping process.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

In the event that the artist does not contact the purchaser within 48 hours of completed transaction and cannot be contacted by The Quinte Arts Council (QAC) a refund may be applied. If the purchasers refund is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the purchasers credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To be eligible for a refund the purchaser must be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase for the original transaction. Personal identification must also be presented. All sales on The Quinte Arts Council (QAC) event tickets are final. No refunds or exchanges are applied.
