Ted grew up in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. He went to Montreal to go to
University and joined Air Canada there. His career had him living in London,
England; Winnipeg, Moose Jaw, Cold Lake and in Trenton. He fell in love
with the Belleville area and has retired here.
Ted and his wife, Rosemary, have 3 sons living in Brantford, Ho Chi Minh
City, and Montreal.
Ted became interested in making rings when he was trying to find a way to
share his Mother’s small coin collection with family. When other people saw
them, they encouraged him to make rings for them and friends. He thought
the rings and necklaces from 100 year old large Canadian pennies would
make a great gift to celebrate Canada’s 150th Birthday.
