Cultivating Creativity: A pair of interesting events

Upcoming Arts in the County

Nestled in the heart of Picton, Arts on Main Gallery – affectionately known as AOMG – is more than a beautiful space filled with intriguing art. It’s a warm and inclusive community for twenty-five of Prince Edward County’s most celebrated artists. Every show is a conversation, every show is a journey of collaboration and sharing.

Join us on Saturday, August 24th from 2-4 p.m. at the opening reception of our fall show. Artists featured include oil painter Pamela Carter, wood art by Trish Worron (both of Wellington), fibre artist, knitter and felter Leslie Snyder of Picton and eco prints and textile artist Marta Mouka of Tweed. The Gallery is open every day from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm @ 223 Main Street, Picton across from the historic Regent Theatre. Stop in to nibble on our artistic delights and say “hello” to the member-artist on duty. More at artsonmaingallery.ca.
