Music with a Heart: Seventh Town – ‘Celtic Christmas’

The fourth and final show of Tweed & Area Arts Council / Heart of Hastings Hospice ‘Music with a Heart’ series is 'A Celtic Christmas' with Seventh Town. An acoustic celtic/folk group based in Prince Edward County, the band features musicians Martin Smit on guitar and vocals, Trisha Elliott on vocals and tin and low whistles, Meghan Balogh on fiddle and vocals and Fraser Hardman on bass and vocals. For Professor Lowenthal, there's no need to look beyond the ideals of Socrates. But will Socratic ideals hold up when a bust of Socrates turns into an ideal weapon and ethical debate turns into ethical dilemma? What happens when life and death and tenure and grades hang in the balance and everyone's a philosopher all of a sudden, even the detective on the case?
