Portfolio Review with Ash Murrell

Attention photographers in the Belleville + Quinte area! Are you trying to take your photography to the next level? Land a gallery show or sell stock images? Do you want to see how your work would translate to the commercial world? And want valuable, constructive feedback from an established photographer?

The QAC is proud to host two professional portfolio review sessions with local commercial photographer Ash Murrell at the Belleville Club. Book a session on September 23 from 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM or on September 24 from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM with your physical or digital portfolio for a 20-minute in-depth review session with Ash. Please note: This currently is an in-person/live event. Should local public health regulations change regarding the COVID-pandemic, this event may go online or be rescheduled.

About Ash:

Ash Murrell, a local commercial photographer, specializes in creating strong imagery for brands. He has been bringing unique insights on overall styles, business practices, and social trends to the photography sector for over 19 years making him a successful artist and freelancer. Ash has developed strong fundamentals in lighting, composition, and in depth understanding of visual media. Mentoring emerging artists and working with more seasoned talent, Ash has art-directed and reviewed visual media portfolios to support fellow media artists while developing their skills and driving their art forward. Throughout his work as a freelancer, his work has been featured in Maclean’s, Discover Belleville, and County & Quinte Living.
