Born in Papua New Guinea and brought up in Australia, my love for the tropics has had a great influence in my art work . In the past I have created utilitarian items in ceramic but have recently moved into up cycling old books into art. From using old illustrations into jewellery, painting on book pages and making 3D art work on old maps. I also love to look in the environment and use anything that can be used into art, such as drift wood , containers thrown out and using clay elements to make it into an art piece.
