Photography has been a long held passion for me. I used to spend a lot of time doing photography and working in my darkroom, but eventually life got in the way and I had to put photography on the back burner for awhile . In the spring of 2014 I reignited my passion with the purchase of a digital SLR camera. In July 2016, I moved to the Stirling countryside to begin the next chapter of my life and to do the things I’ve always wanted to do: travelling and photography. Travelling allows me to explore and find the perfect shot of my favourite subjects: nature, waterfalls, wildlife, landscapes, covered bridges and lighthouses. My newest interest has become the photography of birds. I’m looking forward to developing my photography skills through association with local camera clubs and interest groups, and have a number of photography-related projects in the works.
