Daniel Fobert
Daniel Fobert is a Graphic Designer and Fine Artist working in Oil, Watercolour, Sculpture and works with websites.
Daniel lives in Prince Edward County where he paints in a studio overlooking Muscote Bay. He is a former co-owner of Screen Art Products in Toronto where he and his partner Mervin Patey had a Screen Printing and Display Company for 32 years. Their clientele included The ROM, AGO, and Gardiner amongst other Museums and Corporations. Today retired, he concentrates on painting portraits, city scenes, Plein air landscapes, non-representational pieces and life drawings. He has been a member artist of Gallery 121, Belleville, since 2017 and had his first solo show at Artists and Artisans, Belleville, in 2016 and has shown at many local Galleries including the Parrott and Quinte Arts Council.
He participated in the Rednersville Road Art Tour in 2022 and has shown at the Hummingbird Centre, St. James Archives and at Artists 25, in Toronto where he was a member since 1986.
