Once a month Gary’s Gig will present an eclectic mix of spoken word, music, vintage documentaries or films on a monthly basis in the recently restored 45-seat Theatre in The Wings.
Gary Magwood, co-founder of Belleville Downtown DocFest and Night Kitchen Too, brings “Gary’s Gig” to the recently restored 45-seat Theatre in The Wings, in the heart of Belleville’s downtown art district. The presentations vary from music to silent movies, spoken word/slam poetry sessions, classic movies, vintage documentaries, a celebration of Looney Tunes cartoons – and maybe a lecture or two. Admission varies depending on the show. Proceeds go to support the Theatre and the performers.
