Passes provide admission to all films during the three-day festival – including the Friday night Opening Gala at The Empire Theatre.

The inaugural Belleville Downtown DocFest – International Documentary Film Festival took place March 2 – 3, 2012.
In its second year, DocFest expanded to three days of outstanding international, Canadian and local films celebrating life and human dignity around the world and right here at home.

Screenings are held at The Empire Theatre, CORE Centre (old Corby Library), Belleville Public Library & John M. Parrott Art Gallery, Pinnacle Playhouse and Bridge Street United Church Sills Auditorium.
Almost 50 films on seven screens over three days offering insight and broadening horizons for all.
