Alicia Galambos
Alicia is an acrylic painter from Brighton, Ontario Canada.
Alicia has been painting since kindergarten, always taking every art course offered in school. Graphic Design ended up being her college choice (St. Lawrence College alumni), but after working in the field for awhile it became clear being trapped behind the computer screen wasn’t the most creatively fulfilling outlet for her.
With 2020 being the year that it was, she picked up the paintbrush and hasn’t looked back. Mostly focusing on wildlife and florals, though she is up for almost anything with commissions. You’ll notice a vibrant use of colour in her work, with a self proclaimed penchant for pink. She is excited to continue to explore different subject matter to keep up her inspiration. Though she works exclusively in acrylic on canvas or birch panels, you can also find it in her new greeting card line and Giclée Art prints.
