Donna Carlisle
Costumer, stitcher, creator of wearable things.
Donna is a costumer and wardrobe designer who specializes in costumes for the stage and special events. A graduate of Sheridan College’s Fashion Technique and Design Program, she welcomes commissions from the historical to the whimsical.
Selected costume credits for professional stage include Forever Plaid, Driving Miss Daisy, Last Resort, Rocky Horror Show, and Hats The Musical. She is also the designer behind the outrageous costumes of Stirling Festival Theatre’s annual holiday panto since 2010 … most recently, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Mother Goose and Princess and the Pea. She has created costumes for many young company productions like Willy Wonka, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Shrek, Seussical The Musical and Beauty and the Beast.
She works from her shop near Stirling.
