Lise Lindenberg

Lise Lindenberg, a high school teacher, has been teaching Drama, Art and ESL in Belleville for 21 years. Prior to that, she operated a small family business called Porcupine Needles with her mother, sister-in-law, and her husband. Over the 17 years they were in business, they made a wide variety of hand-painted casual clothing. She has been an active member of the Belleville Theatre Guild since her own high school days, and sat on that board for 11 years in a variety of capacities. Since 1993, she has directed numerous full-length plays and musicals in the Quinte region at the Pinnacle Playhouse, at Centennial Secondary School, at Eastside Secondary School and for the Gleaner’s Food Bank. Lise has a strong interest in other cultures and is very excited by the lively theatre scene in Belleville and area. The Quinte Arts Council appreciates Lise’s 6 year commitment as a member of the QAC Board of Directors.
