Daniel Fobert

Daniel lives in Prince Edward County, where he paints in a studio overlooking beautiful Muscote Bay. He is a former co-owner of Screen Art Products, a Toronto screen printing and display company which he operated with his partner Mervin Patey for 32 years. They served some of the largest museums in Canada, including The Royal Ontario Museum, Ontario Gallery of Ontario, Gardiner Museum,  Whitehern Museum, Spadina House and Markham Museum.

After retiring to in 2014, Daniel reconnected with his love of painting. He concentrates on people, landscapes, cityscapes and non-representational paintings. Daniel has been a member artist of Gallery 121 since 2017 and had his first solo show at Artists and Artisans in 2016. He has shown at many local galleries, including the Parrott Gallery and Quinte Arts Council.

Daniel has exhibited his work at the Hummingbird Centre, St. James Archives and Artists 25 in Toronto.
