How Do I Get Involved?

Spotlight Videos

Spotlight videos are a long running callout for youth aged 14-24 to make and submit videos to be featured or reposted by our TikTok page.

Spotlights are made by you and posted by us to promote your work. It’s also a space for you to see other young creatives and encourage a digital community full of opportunity, learning, and connection with like minded people.

If you want us to repost your already posted video, send it to us or tag us!

If you want us to post your video right to our page, DM us and we’ll send you the submission form!

We can only post appropriate, and online-safe content, so make sure you double check your work before posting it.

Whether a dancer, filmmaker, small business owner, or day-in-the-life vlogger, the program wants to highlight youth artistic creativity. Creative peers Arlo and Lauren are excited to see what participants want to share. Submissions can range from “A Day in the Life” vlogs and creative tips to behind-the-scenes looks at projects or finished artwork. Any creative content that young artists want to share with the community is welcome.

You can submit as many videos as you like! Please don’t submit the same video more than once.

YouthCreate Hub

The YouthCreate Hub is a designated in-person space for local creatives aged 14-24. Taking place at Quinte Arts Council’s Cultural Hub in Belleville, Ontario, it’s open to all young artists in the Quinte region.

This is a safe space for youth to come together to network, collaborate, and make friends. The Hub also offers tons of opportunities to seek guidance, pose inquiries, and share the work you take pride in.

We aim to bridge the gap between young artists of a variety of skills, fostering local creative growth and ensuring you have the necessary support to successfully carry out your own ideas. 

How to Participate:

Keep an eye out for advertised YouthCreate Hub events! 

No registration required. Any artistic youth between 14 and 24 can attend.
